Ca n’Eduardo Restaurant was founded in June 1943 by the Carrasco family. From the first day, the foundation of the cooking in our restaurant has been based on Mediterranean cuisine using local recipes and produce wherever possible.
Located just above Palma´s Fish Market, our unique views of Palma Cathedral and the Paseo Marítimo with Bellver Castle in the background, make Ca n’Eduardo a unique gastronomic experience.
